KRNU: 40th Anniversary Fundraiser Event

90.3 KRNU invites you to be part of an exciting event, a 40th anniversary fundraiser. KRNU hopes your business will join them in celebrating.

KRNU, UNL’s nonprofit campus radio station, provides great independent music for the Lincoln community and valuable learning experience for student DJs. KRNU is facing increasing costs and decreased budgets, with a need to replace equipment and pay increasing fees. KRNU’s goal is $1200 by the end of the year. Like your business, KRNU is an important part of the local community. Let’s work together to keep KRNU on the air!

KRNU invites you to show your support by donating a prize for our 40th Anniversary raffle. The raffle will take place at the fundraising benefit, February 26th, 9 pm to 1 am, at The Bourbon Theatre. Raffle tickets will be sold for $5 and all raffle proceeds will go to replacing equipment, paying fees, and building a better website for KRNU.

KRNU would like you to donate as much or as little as you can. Any raffle prize donation will be greatly appreciated. Your business will also benefit from donating to the KRNU raffle. KRNU hopes at least 250 people will attend the fundraiser show to see local bands Ideal Cleaners, Pharmacy Spirits, Once a Pawn, Machete Archive and Talking Mountain, and participate in the raffle. Many of these attendees will be UNL students, a valuable demographic that needs to be exposed to your business. As a raffle prize donator, your business will be featured at the fundraiser.
