Marz Is 2 Years New

On October 1st and 2nd MARZ bar is celebrating their two year anniversary and grand opening. From 5-7 pm Marz will host a happy hour reception featuring complimentary appetizers. The anniversary party coincides with Lincoln Calling 2009, where Marz is one of 8 venues hosting over 100 live musical acts.

On Thursday Son of 76 & The Watchmen will perform at 7 PM and House DJ’s, Conrad & Dr. Zhivago will perform at 10 PM. For Friday’s live music, Marz will kick off with Lucas Kellison & The Assembled Soul at 7 PM and Bookworm, Ol’ Moanin’ Corpse at 10 PM.

The new Marz Bar opened in 2007 at 1140 ‘O’ Street. Even though the venue is two years new, Marz is extremely excited to throw their official Grand Opening party. For more information contact the Marz Bar at 402.474.6279.
