Screen Ink. Presents Biiklops

July’s First Friday is marking the start of something special at Screen Ink. For the entire month of July, Screen Ink. will host over two dozen poster designs limited to 25 prints.  Each poster will be hand silkscreened according to artist specifications, embossed with the Biiklops logo, signed and numbered by the artist.  The unique part, the posters are created by local artists and bike themed. The proceeds from the sale of any poster will go to the Great Plains Trails Network.

“I am personally excited just to see everyone’s reaction to the diverse pieces.  We have all different sizes, paper colors, ink colors and designs,” said Screen Ink. Owner Jason Davis.

Screen Ink. promotes all things green.  From commuting to work to taking advantage of Lincoln’s many trails.  The goal of the Biiklops Poster Show is to increase awareness and show appreciation for Lincoln’s trial system.

The Biiklops Poster show is not attached to any specific bike shop, crew, gang or neighborhood but instead is for all bike enthusiasts, racers and commuters.  And for those who aren’t familiar with Lincoln’s biking community the show will be an opportunity to learn something new and perhaps gain an appreciation for the trails Lincoln has to offer.

Stop in and check out the poster show this Friday, July 2nd or anytime this month.  Screen Ink is located at 416 South 11th St.  For more information, check out Screen Ink. online at www.screenink.com
