N Zone

Since 1995, N Zone, located on 728 Q Street, has provided food and entertainment for many memorable Husker game days.  Not bad for an establishment started by a family of Buckeye fans from Columbus, Ohio.  No need to worry, starting in 2007 Mike Figueroa bought the establishment and N Zone is now managed by Husker enthusiasts Todd Campfield and Eric Schwartz.  Eric’s family used to be the owners of the 9th Street Basement and Todd graduated from UNL with a degree in Broadcasting and originally started out as a cook.  Todd loves being able to talk sports, but also wants patrons to know that N Zone is more than just a Husker bar. 

N Zone offers excellent wings, pizza and burgers.  Their wings have standard flavors that range in spiciness from Mello to Fire-Eater and have specialty flavors such as spicy garlic and barbecue. N Zone also offers special promotions on different days of the week.  On Tuesdays they offer 50 cent tacos and one dollar off Mexican imported bottled beers.  On Thursdays they offer 39 cent wings and two dollar draws.  On Husker games they open up their beer garden in the parking lot behind the bar, which offers numerous TV’s and music from The Animal of 104.1 The Blaze.

The N Zone prides themselves on good service and a great atmosphere.  “If people come into the N Zone having a bad day, we want them to leave having a good day and if people come in here already having a good day, we want them to leave having a great day,” said Todd.  Todd encourages people to come down to the N Zone to watch every Nebraska athletic event, college and professional football, and now basketball with the season just getting underway.  For more information about N Zone call 475.8683.
