Top Downtowns of the Big 12

DLA is bias, but we believe Downtown Lincoln has one of the best “college-town” downtown’s in the Big 12.  For the 14 seasons, since the Big 12’s inception, the 12 schools have competed for nearly 300 conference titles in its 21 sports. DLA has decided to create and examine one more competition for the Big 12 title:

Each University has a relatively unique relationship to its downtown and DLA is proud to be connected to UNL.  We love having a downtown where one can live, learn, work, invest AND play.  DLA’s Downtown of the Month Feature on the International Downtown Association’s Website highlights plenty of reasons why downtown Lincoln is a great college downtown; however, we want to hear your thoughts.  What makes downtown Lincoln a great college downtown? What other college downtown’s have you experienced and what did you like about them?

DLA continues to build its Facebook Fan page to show support and spread the word about downtown Lincoln.  Show your support and “Fan” our page as well as forward it to your friends and help us compete for a friendly competition to see which Big 12 college downtown can capture the largest fan base.  We are currently in 3rd place behind the Jayhawks and Buffaloes.  Not bad, but since when have the Huskers settled for third place?  GO HUSKERS!
