As the city’s central business district, Downtown Lincoln is home to more than 900 businesses as well as being the primary location for dining and entertainment in Lincoln. Additionally, Downtown Lincoln enjoys a consumer base of 25,000 students from the University of Nebraska on its northern border, while also welcoming 28,000 government employees from the state capitol on the south.
