Downtown Lincoln is a destination for over 120,000 students each year. With the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the largest public university in Nebraska, abutting the downtown area and other colleges and universities circling the perimeter of downtown, Downtown Lincoln becomes a central hub for these students. Downtown also is home to other colleges such as Southeast Community College and the College of Hair Design.  Less than a mile from downtown is Kaplan University, home to over 30,000 students.  The abundance of students not only provides downtown Lincoln with a broad customer and employee base, but serves as a primary hub to develop an education and stimulate your mind.
