What You’ll Do!
Our Administrative Coordination Specialist (known as “Network Coordination Specialist”) position is a unique position requiring multiple skill sets in both executive meeting coordination and communication, as well as attention to detail and independent work to conduct on-site and remote program audits of our contracted Network Providers.

This position provides coordination and support to multiple employees requiring a high level of confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with both internal employees and external stakeholders. This position will act as a liaison between senior leadership, contracted Network Providers, and external stakeholders. In other words – you will help set the stage for the success of Region 5 Systems.

What You’ll Have!
• High school diploma or GED.
• Have experience in one or both of the following:
o Coordination of assigned responsibilities and administrative support experience that provides the desirable knowledge, skills, and abilities, and/or
o Experience with billing (invoicing behavioral/physical health) or assessing conformance to specific standards/expectations (auditing/file review-related responsibilities).
• This experience will soar you to the top of our list: 2 years’ experience working in a behavioral health environment, experience with electronic health records, taking and transcribing minutes, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, authoring concise meeting notes, and effectively prioritizing competing priorities are some of the skills you need.
• The ability to coordinate with internal employees and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration is crucial.

What You’ll Do!
Our Case Managers (known as “Professional Partner”) serve a vital role to support consumers in our Family & Youth Investment program.

This position provides wraparound services to individuals under the age of 26, who are diagnosable with a mental illness (Serious Emotional Disturbances or SED) and residing in Region 5 Systems’ geographical area (southeast Nebraska). Persons served are at risk of being placed outside of the home, school, or community and are at risk for involvement in the juvenile justice and/or child welfare systems, which may include committing a criminal offense or behavioral health problems at school or home. The population served is primarily school-aged youth but also includes those individuals who are transitioning from the youth system to the adult system and who are at risk of entering, or have already entered, the adult emergency system.
You will use your problem-solving skills to work with your program participants (15 caseload maximum!) to develop a unique and creative plan to build on the natural support systems in their lives. In other words – you will help set the stage for success.

What You’ll Have!
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. We welcome recent college grads! Extensive experience (3 or more years) in related human services field may be substituted for degree.
• This experience will soar you to the top of our list: 2 years’ experience working with persons with serious emotional disturbances (SED) and/or 2 years’ experience in a behavioral health direct service position.
• Ability to work remotely as described in “Work Environment” section of job description.
• Possess technology skill set to independently work in a remote environment, including
ability for proficiency with collaboration tools like video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, comfort level with use of electronic health or shared documentation and network drives).
• Strong communication skills, effective facilitation of team meetings, authoring concise progress notes, and prioritizing multiple tasks are some of the skills you need.
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies that are also working with your program participants is crucial.
• Personal, reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory background investigation is required.

Escape Lincoln is looking for a key master to join our team of nerds🤓

Responsibilities:
Ensuring a stellar customer experience
Managing and monitoring escape games and players
Answering phone calls
Interacting with various technology (on-the-job training provided)
Prepping and resetting escape rooms
Light cleaning and inventory restocking (as needed)
Manage team of Game Masters during KM shift
Decide shift priorities and action items
Communicate regularly with management and team via Slack

Requirements:
8-10 hours of availability per weekend (during regular business hours*) including Saturdays
2+ years customer service experience
Have participated in at least one escape room
Self-starter with attention to detail
Management experience (leading 1 or more team members)

Additional Skills:
Weekday availability is a plus (if you are interested in picking up custom booking shifts)

Key Masters' current starting wage is $18.50/hour
