- Foundation for Educational Services (FES) / System Administrator

What we are looking for!
•Daily hands-on experience with Windows, Linux and VMware and related hypervisors.
•Install new/rebuild existing virtual and physical host servers.
•Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
•Deploy upgrades and patches to systems and perform vulnerability remediation.
•Support and maintain server applications for the enterprise.
•Create automation playbooks for application or version changes.
•Develop and maintain system, configuration, and application documentation according to procedures.
•Ensure all compliance standards and data integrity measures are maintained.
•Investigate, repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Document failure for analysis.
•Evaluation, recommendation, installation, and repair of software platforms that serve both our internal and external clients.
•Maintaining and executing jobs with our enterprise level backup systems.
•Maintaining and enhancing Microsoft 365 Azure, Email, and Security configuration and applications.
•Assist in 2nd-3rd level support to our Help Desk when needed.

Inceptia is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska!
What you’ll do!The Product Manager works with business stakeholders and customers to determine how Inceptia can help drive value for school users by delivering innovative products and solutions to the marketplace. Working with the stakeholders and customers, this individual will help write user stories and plan the development including the prioritization, user acceptance testing and product documentation. The Product Manager will also heavily collaborate with the design and development team members to prioritize, plan and conceptualize implementing a holistic user experience.
The ideal candidate has Agile Scrum experience, has a thorough understanding of writing user stories and is familiar with creating and maintaining a strategic roadmap for delivery against business objectives set by the organization. Our Bilingual Financial Aid Operations Contact Specialist is responsible for assisting students and parents in completing the verification process for our partner schools making the federal financial aid verification process easier. The Specialist is responsible for answering questions during review of the FAFSA form and requested documentation received. This position communicates with students and/or parents via phone and email throughout the entire verification process.
