What You’ll Do!
Our Administrative Coordination Specialist (known as “Network Coordination Specialist”) position is a unique position requiring multiple skill sets in both executive meeting coordination and communication, as well as attention to detail and independent work to conduct on-site and remote program audits of our contracted Network Providers.

This position provides coordination and support to multiple employees requiring a high level of confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with both internal employees and external stakeholders. This position will act as a liaison between senior leadership, contracted Network Providers, and external stakeholders. In other words – you will help set the stage for the success of Region 5 Systems.

What You’ll Have!
• High school diploma or GED.
• Have experience in one or both of the following:
o Coordination of assigned responsibilities and administrative support experience that provides the desirable knowledge, skills, and abilities, and/or
o Experience with billing (invoicing behavioral/physical health) or assessing conformance to specific standards/expectations (auditing/file review-related responsibilities).
• This experience will soar you to the top of our list: 2 years’ experience working in a behavioral health environment, experience with electronic health records, taking and transcribing minutes, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, authoring concise meeting notes, and effectively prioritizing competing priorities are some of the skills you need.
• The ability to coordinate with internal employees and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration is crucial.

• Annual Compensation Range at Hire: $48,000 - $52,000, commensurate with experience and other desired criteria.
