A lot has changed in Downtown Lincoln since the beginning of the the decade. 2010 was a big year for more reasons than just the rise of reality TV's "Jersey Shore." Specifically, Downtown grew as the new decade approached; however, few could have predicted the $1.3 billion dollar transformation the area was getting ready to experience. That's right, completed and planned development from 2010-2020 is projected to reach a tally surpassing seven digits. This sort of change affects every sector of downtown and the living scene is no exception.
