About the Book:
In BOOST! Tom Henning shares some key lessons he learned on how to be a better business leader. These are not hypothetical concepts but real-world ideas and suggestions honed in the everyday of being a CEO for nearly forty years.

About the Author:
Tom Henning, CFA, has been a student of business for his entire career. He is a corporate board member, investor, business consultant, executive coach, author and former financial services executive. For over 38 years, Tom was the Chief Executive Officer of a bank or insurance company. For nearly 27 years, Tom was the Chairman, President & CEO of Assurity Group Inc. and its subsidiaries. His special interests are strategic planning, investment management and fostering innovation. In this book, Tom shares some key insights he learned from his study of some of the best writing and thinking on business leadership, and from his day-to-day experience of being the CEO of a financial institution over several decades. Tom currently lives in Lincoln, Nebraska.
