Tugboat Gallery Proudly Presents "Garbage Ideas" featuring Isaiah Jones and Julia Leggent - Opening First Friday March 4th from 7-10 with DJ ol' moanin' - closing on March 26th.
Julia Leggent and Isaiah Jones -
Our intentions can be destructive to the self and the world—the body in distress, the world in despair. Garbage ideas is a show consisting of 52 drawings and 52 etchings. Both bodies of work call attention to individual behavior; they encourage awareness of actions, consumption, and thoughts.
This event is free and open to the public.
Tugboat is an all artist/all volunteer/non-commission gallery that opened in 2005.
Tugboat Gallery is located at 116 N. 14th Street - second story above Gomez Art Supply. Elevator entrance at 1410 'O' Street. Questions answered by Gomez Art Supply at 402-477-6200. Gallery is open on First Fridays and gallery goers can gain entrance by getting the key from Gomez Art Supply M-F10-6, Saturday 12-5 and Sunday 2-5.
