Humanities Nebraska invites you to attend a free public event featuring best-selling author, Amy Tan. She will speak about her writing career and process.
Born in the U.S. to Chinese immigrant parents, Amy Tan's first best-selling novel was "The Joy Luck Club." Others followed. Tan is also the author of two children's books and a memoir. Her new book, "The Backyard Bird Chronicles," debuted at #1 on the ABA's Indie bestseller list. She received the National Humanities Medal in 2021.
