The Lincoln Youth Symphony joins LSO for a side-by-side performance of two movements from Mary Watkins’s Movements in Color. Next, LSO presents the world premiere of Symphony No. 4 “Metaclassical,” written for LSO by Composer-in-Residence Dr. Tyler G. White. After intermission, 22-year-old Tchaikovsky Concerto Competition winner Zlatomir Fung performs Elgar’s Cello Concerto, Op. 85 in E Minor.
