Join us on Saturday, June 1st at NOON at our downtown location for Raspberry Tart Fest!

Waaaaaaay back in 2016, the very first batch of beer our bright eyes and bushy tails brewed was Raspberry Tart. A raspberry blonde ale that doesn’t sacrifice flavor while still being refreshing. It’s not a Pilsner. It’s not a Stout. You’ll want to drink with your pinky out! And we, along with a lot of you, did just that! Making way for new beers over the years, we haven’t made Raspberry Tart for a hot minute.

We noticed that we were coming up on our 1,000th unique beer/cider/mead/seltzer, so thought that was cause for celebration. And what better way celebrate than by bringing back Raspberry Tart, along with 6 of its closest friends!

Starting at NOON on 6.1.24, we’ll have the OG, 5.6% ABV •••Raspberry Tart••• on tap, along with a limited amount of 750ml bottles of the same raspberry wonderfulness available on a first come, first served basis. Then staggered throughout the afternoon we will tap the following:

The modern smoothie take on the original- with more flash and flare, all totally there! Raspberry on top of raspberry on top of raspberry- turned up to 11! You want subtle? Run for the hills! Red raspberry X2, black raspberry X2, raspberry soft serve- but dairy free.

•••Raspberry Marshmallow Cheesecake•••
5.4% ABV
Raspberry pastry sour with raspberry pastry power- ready to sip, savor, slam, and devour! Red raspberry X2, cream cheese, toasted marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla beans, graham cracker, raspberry soft serve, and milk sugar. Dang! Double Dang!! Pastry power!!!

5.6% ABV
Raspberry tart does it part busting on the raspberry scene
Goin’ up and above dosed large and in charge with Madagascar vanilla beans!
Rambunctiously Raspberry. Very Vanilla. Very Rambunctious.

•••Habanero Raspberry Tart•••
5.6% ABV
Raspberry sweet meets huge habanero heat. Sweet like your grandma. Hot like your neighbor. Split personality never tasted so good.

And it wouldn’t be Boiler without a stout!
•••Double-Barrel Maple Black Forest Raspberry Tart•••
14.4% ABV
Extended boil double mash Imperial Stout aged first in a Skinny Sticks maple barrel before furthering its nap in a Willet Family Estate bourbon barrel before being awakened by Papua New Guinea vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and raspberries.

Lastly, but not leastly- we’re breaking out Boiler’s Slush-O-Matic for the season’s first slushee with •••Frozen Raspberry Tart••• DANG!

Amongst the mayhem of raspberry madness, we’ll do drawings for prizes- including a couple of 500ml bottles of Double-Barrel Maple Black Forest Raspberry Tart - which will be the only ones in existence.
