From one of our favorite local fermenters: Gold Hills Black Currant Cider. Named for the French region where Cassis was created, this is a sweet, berry-forward cider with a crisp and slightly dry finish.
This beautiful reddish-purple cider smells amazing and is sure to pick you up through the winter doldrums. Stop by the Raven and meet some Saro reps, snag some swag, and enjoy!
