The Peacock with Sandeep, Suhail and Samina features an exciting new collaboration with Sandeep Das and his Delhi to Damascus ensemble and visual artist, architect and community activist Samina Hooda. A weeklong collaboration with members of Lincoln’s Yazidi community culminates in an exciting performance dedicated to Melek Taus, the Yazidi peacock angel, which will involve live music and projections of artwork on several surfaces for an immersive audience experience.
