Owners Jimmy Lee and Min Soo Park bring their passion for Korean food and culture to O Street, serving flavorful interpretations of traditional favorites alongside a fun, modern dining experience.

“It’s a build your own bowl, kind of place,” Lee said. 

At the heart of Bibimbop's menu is its customizable Korean Rice Bowl. Diners can choose their bowl size, white or fried rice, potato and/or japchae, and a protein such as bulgogi, spicy pork, or chicken. 

Of course, the rice bowls aren't the only reason to visit. Bibimbop serves a variety of Korean favorites, including Bibimbap, Kimbap, and Tteokbokki, along with mouthwatering renditions of classic Vietnamese Pho. 

To add to the fun, diners can have their food delivered to the table by the restaurant's friendly robots. The combination of technology, traditional flavors, and modern design gives Bibimbop an experience that's as memorable as the food itself.

And don't forget to leave room for a little fun after your meal. With a Photo Booth and an Inhyung bbopkki (toy crane machine), Bibimbop offers plenty of opportunities to make memories with friends and family.
