Star City Pride 2026: Pride Weekend Events Guide

Friday, June 12: Pride in the Park
Time: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Woods Park (33rd & O Street)
Kick off Pride weekend with an afternoon of community, entertainment, and celebration at Woods Park. This family-friendly gathering launches the festivities before Saturday's larger events.
Saturday, June 13: Star City Pride Parade
Time: Saturday, June 13, 2026
Location: Around the Nebraska State Capitol (1445 K St., Lincoln)
Now in its fourth year, the Star City Pride Parade is a free public event celebrating Lincoln's LGBTQIA2S+ community. The parade typically draws more than 1,000 attendees and features over 50 participating groups marching through Downtown Lincoln.
Admission: Free
Parking Note: Streets around the Capitol will be closed, so attendees should plan to park in nearby garages or side streets.
Saturday, June 13: Star City Pride Festival
Time: 12:00 PM – 11:55 PM
Location: Outside Das Haus (17th Street between O & P Streets)
The 20th Annual Star City Pride Festival embraces the theme "Rainbow Rewind," honoring LGBTQIA2S+ history and those who paved the way for today's Pride celebrations.
Festival highlights include:
- Dozens of community and vendor booths
- Live stage performances
- Local food trucks
- Pride-themed activities and entertainment
Admission: $15
Children 10 and under: Free
Age Policy:
- All ages from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 18+ only after 6:00 PM
Brunch on the Square
Hosted by: Star City Pride & Lila Mae's Southern Kitchen
Time: Noon – 3:00 PM
Drag Show: Begins at 1:00 PM
Start Saturday with southern comfort food, drag performances, and music from DJ Lady Ice.
