To support these local businesses during construction, Union Bank & Trust has launched a simple yet meaningful initiative: once a week, team members gather for lunch at a different Downtown Lincoln business on O Street. The idea is to support local entrepreneurs while discovering new favorites and revisiting longtime staples.

"As a way to show our support, our team is making it a goal to visit and support at least one local business each week," Stephanie Dinger shared in a LinkedIn post. "Along the way, we'll be sharing our favorites—whether they're hidden gems you've never tried or longtime local staples you already love."
