A Novel Idea Bookstore is celebrating our 30th (Pearl) Anniversary...just before a favorite holiday:
International Talk Like a Pirate Day!

So...we're throwing a "Pirates & Pearls" PARTY in the back parking lot behind our building.

We'll have MUSIC by favorite local band, THE BOTTLE TOPS, who have promised to play a couple of sea shanties...

We'll have PIRATE TATTOOS...STRINGS OF FAUX PEARLS...a treasure chest of CHOCOLATE COINS & GLOW STICKS...lots of OLD PHOTOS & BOOKSTORE MEMORABILIA....

There will be CAKE...
and all of the above will be free!

We'll all buy our beverages from Duffy's Beer Garden, clink our mugs together, and dance & sing in celebration of our community of readers, whose support of local business has seen us through THREE DECADES.
