We love Blankslate. The Denver indie duo are returning to Duffy's about a year removed from their "Lookout Mountain Charley" LP, which really displayed the band's stylistic range, from country ballads to emo-punk ragers to giant Arcade Fire-type wall-of-sound explosions. If the album had come out about 20 years ago on a trendy indie label, everyone would have been talking about this band. We at Duffy's think we ought to be today :) Support from Lincoln indie favs Eden Park and alls.
