It's the start of a new chapter! Ten Thousand Villages Lincoln has a new name - but our purpose remains the same. Every item we carry supports artisans, farmers, and sustainable livelihoods rooted in dignity, equity, and care.
Join us Saturday, November 15th for our Grand Reopening! There will be treats and cocoa, music and henna, plus our biggest sale of the year: 25% off the entire store! Mark you calendars -- the 25% off sale ends Sunday, November 16th but the snacks and activities are only on Saturday!
Swathi of Henna Kala will be joining us from 10a-12p to offer her henna talents - her prices start at $15. At 1:15pm there will be a short dedication ceremony to formally introduce the Handspoken brand, featuring representatives from Handspoken and Agent. Immediately followed by live music from Oscar Rios Pohirieth from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. – who will bring the vibrant musical traditions of Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru and Chile to the celebration.
