Step back in time at the Nebraska History Museum as we uncover the history of the Thomas P. Kennard State Historic Site, home of Nebraska’s first Secretary of State, on May 18 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Learn about Kennard’s life and journey to Nebraska, the vision behind constructing such a grand residence, and the artifacts recovered through archeological excavations on the property.
