The Nebraska History Museum, LUX Center for the Arts, International Quilt Museum, Lincoln Parks and Recreation, and the Lincoln Children’s Museum are excited to come together to bring homeschool families a special event just for them!

Join us at the Nebraska History Museum from 9 am to 12 pm CST as we dive into Nebraska’s natural world, bringing it right to you in a fun, hands-on learning environment.

Students will discover the plants and animals that call Nebraska home from the rolling Sandhills to the mighty Missouri River and everywhere in between. With creative projects and engaging activities, your child will gain a deeper understanding of the history and science behind Nebraska’s natural heritage.

Please pre-register at https://history.nebraska.gov/event/homeschool-day-nature-in-nebraska/. If you have questions, you can email our staff at hn.museumeducation@nebraska.gov.
