You’re invited to the 2023 NLHA Annual Adult Spelling BEE! Please join us as a Speller or as a Cheerleader (Audience Member) on Wednesday, November 1 at Screamers Family Restaurant, 803 Q Street, Suite 150, 6 p.m. Attached are forms to purchase individual tickets or you can also choose to sponsor a letter, which includes two event tickets – for Spellers and/or Cheerleaders. All ticket holders and sponsorships include a delicious buffet dinner, which is open from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A cash bar will be available.
The event begins at 7 p.m. with the awarding of the 2023 NLHA Literary Heritage Award to Nebraska’s own author, photographer, and conservationist Michael Forsberg. The BEE begins immediately following with the voice of the Husker’s Volleyball John Baylor serving as the emcee.
