This interactive breakfast will create meaningful connections between students and business leaders, exploring how the "Entrepreneurial Mindset" can transform careers and organizations while addressing our state's pressing brain drain challenge.
Building on last year's success, the Foundry's second annual Nebraska Trailblazers Breakfast will bring together 200 talented students and business leaders for meaningful conversations about building a strong future workforce for our state. At each thoughtfully curated table, four established business leaders will engage directly with four high-achieving Nebraska students in authentic discussions about entrepreneurship, career development, and the practical strategies needed to turn brain drain into brain gain that creates a stronger Nebraska.
