Noyes’ August Focus Gallery Exhibit, “Landscape Interpretations”

Lincoln, Neb. – On Fri., Aug. 4, 6-8:30 p.m., Noyes’ July Focus show opens with work by three Noyes’ veterans and six guest artists. The “Landscape Interpretations” show will present various media and unique styles. Noyes will livestream the opening on the gallery’s Facebook page at 7 p.m. The show will also be displayed at the gallery during regular hours Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. through the end of August.

Cindy McClellan, who curated the show, will exhibit her 3-D BeNt Shadows Wall Art. Working with wood and copper, McClellan creates 3-dimensional reflections of the Nebraska landscape. These works also harness the play of light and shadow.

Artists in the show are Mardell Jasnowski (pottery), Madison Vetter (mixed media, raconteur), Britton Bailey (nature photography), Tori Swanson (painting), Kevin Baker (sculpture & painting), Deb Monfelt (painting), Victoria Green (painting with wool), and Carolyn Albracht (mixed media).
