Join us on Wednesday, February 14th at our downtown location for a romantic beer dinner and jazz!
We’re partnering with our good friends from Casa Bovina / Aragon Tavern to offer a four-course beer dinner followed by an intimate set with The Darryl White Trio.
The menu for the the evening:
• Crab Tartine - Crab Salad, brioche toast, egg jam, frisee, tomato, chive, salmon roe
• Ricotta Ravioli - Ricotta stuffed ravioli w/ guanciale, celeriac, celery hearts, brown butter, walnut
• New York Strip - Certified Piedmontese New York Strip, Sauce Bordelaise, Crispy Shallot, Fingerling Potatoes •OR• Halibut - Pan seared halibut, cauliflower, romesco, red pepper, charred shallot
• Floating Island - Poached meringue, chocolate cream anglaise, raspberry coulis, butter tuile
Each course will be paired with a Boiler Brewing Company beer. Brewmaster Tim Thomssen and Chef George Lambert will present each course.
After the fourth course is presented, The Darryl White Trio will commence with an intimate set to round out your Valentine’s Day in style. Darryl’s Trio features himself on trumpet, Hans Sturm on bass, and Jeff Jenkins on keys.
The evening is limited to 34 people. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM. Ticket price includes gratuity.
