Denver funk/soul band Wild Love Tigress is launching their summer tour following the acclaimed release of their new album, “On The Prowl”. They will be returning to Lincoln on August 3rd at the Bourbon Theatre along with local favorites The Groove Lagoon and Head Change. The show starts at 7:00 and presale tickets are $10.
Wild Love Tigress is a completely independent band that handles their own management, booking, and marketing. They have made major strides in the past two years, showcasing their high-energy stage antics at historic Colorado venues like Cervantes Masterpiece and the Fox Theater as well as touring through Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Their newest album, “On The Prowl”, was named the Best Funk Album of 2025 by Westword Magazine. Their music mixes the style and groove of 1970s funk and soul with influences from blues and hard rock, creating a unique sound that is both heavy and danceable.
