Lincoln Parks and Recreation invites the public to the fourth Winter Lights at Tower Square event from 6 PM - 7 PM Friday, December 6 at 13th and P streets. The event will include music from the Lincoln East Jazz Choir and the Inglesia de la Communidad band, treats, refreshments, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Attendees may ride the downtown trolley for free from 5:30-7:30 PM.
